Check-in

  • All check-in is conducted at Holiday Paradise reception office.
  • Reception office - Shop 51, 16 Orchid Ave, Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217 (next door to Hilton car park entrance, upstairs of Centre Arcade).
  • PLEASE NOTE - the reservation holder MUST present a valid government-issued photo ID and the bank card which was used to pay this booking at check-in for security and identity authentication.

* Pre check-in parking - Mark Car Park across the street offers half-hour free parking.

Pick up your key(s)

  • A PIN code will be sent to you after online verification of your Photo ID and credit card.
  • PIN first 2 digits - lockbox box no.
  • PIN next 6 digits - password

Parking (with Room Swipecard)

  • Your apartment includes ONE complimentary car space (height limit 2.2m)
  • Entrance: Hilton Parking at 6 Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise 4217

  • CLICK HERE to download parking map

    1. Follow Yellow Line on the ground until second boom gate on B2 level. Use swipecard for access
    2. If swipecard does not work, take it out of metal case, hold it on the bottom part of door/lift sensor
    3. Park in any BLUE SPOT after this B2 boom gate.

WARNING! Car not parked in BLUE SPOT risks being towed away at your own cost

Alternative Commercial Parking (Fee applied)

  • Mark Car Park - across the street offers 30 minutes free parking and under $25 per night.
  • Bruce Bishop Car Park - nearby offers an affordable $2.70 per hour.
  • Cypress Avenue Carpark - Outdoor for large vehicles, $5 daily.

*Policy and fee of above car parks may change. Your discretion is advised.

Express Checkout

  • The latest checkout time is by 11 AM.
  • Please return all swipecards/keys to our office, drop them into the KEY RETURN BOX at the door of our office.

*If you drive, please use the swipecard to exit the car park first.
