We've been here 3 times. Great location and view, free parking and great value.

Overall bad experience. Would not recommend anyone and not stay in future.
The location of the property is very good. But the cleanliness and the customer service is pathetic. The staff are not welcoming at all. Our special requests not meet at all. I feel waste of money better choose some other property. We were told to use same towel for 3 days. Kitchen utensils dirty washroom dirty and they gave moldy toilet rolls and no detergent in the laundry.

Good value. Great views and comfortable apartment.
The location was perfect. We were attending a conference at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Very easy walk all under cover. Amazing views from the 47th floor to the Ocean and hinterland. We didn't use the pool and gym facilities but I expect that they would have been high quality like the rest of the building.
No carparking on site but the Convention Centre is only $15 per day.
