Some complains about neighbours & a broken balcony sliding door lock which was a safety concern with 2 small children however the team handled all questions and concerns excellent & assisted with rectifying

Next Level Stay
One of the best places we stayed in. We mostly try and book high rises for our stays and this 3 Bedroom Sub-Penthouse on 52 floors gives you an exceptional views 180 degrees. Those 180 degrees covers Surfers Paradise. This was our second time staying in H Residence.

Lovely time/
Right on Cavil Avenue. Fantastic views on three sides from the 37th floor. Roomy 3-bedroom apartment with large, covered patio with 3-sided views down cavil avenue, over beach and water. Walk to everything- beach, shops and train.
