All Surfers Paradise check-in is conducted at our Surfers Paradise reception office, which is next door to Hilton Surfers Paradise, located in Shop 51, upstairs of Centre Arcade, 16 Orchid Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD. All Broadbeach check-in is conducted at our Broadbeach keys kiosk, which is located at Broadbeach South Tram Station, Broadbeach QLD. We are not affiliated with the onsite management of Hilton Surfers Paradise, Mantra Circle on Cavill, Peppers, STAR Casino.
