Super convenient for events at the Convention Centre and Casino!
We loved the view and the balcony! We also really appreciated the large kitchen space and the separate bedrooms. We also enjoyed the easy access to the Casino’s restaurants and Cafe’s and the full undercover walkway to the Convention Centre next door.
We were surprised that the room offered no welcome pack of tea and (regular) coffee. There was a coffee pod machine with a few pods but nothing else available. The toilet paper provided was also minimal. The only other negative was the long walk to the roadside, and also next door to Pacific Fair, due to current building works and a closed road. This was difficult for my friend who had a painful knee injury during our stay. Much of this should be resolved once the works are complete…!

Perfect location, awesome room
Location was amazing, right next to everything and a short walk to the Main Street at surfers. Was right next to a tram and bus stop so easy to get around. Room was awesome, had everything we needed and really made it feel like you were living the good life. Super clean and great vibes.
Communication about how to get the keys and where to go. The receptionist at the place we were at was awful and didn’t help at all but we managed to find the right place to go to get the keys and it was good from there. Would be awesome if it was a little clearly that you had to go to the holiday paradise office before the hotel to get keys. Would have also been good to have clear instructions on what keys to use where as it was a little confusing.

Except those two, everything was perfect. It heals us staying at the Holiday Paradise!
One of our rooms was out of the air conditioning. And picking up our keys at the different spot was a little inconvenient.

Everything was perfect. Apartments had all the facilities that a family wants.
Very clean and spacious room, excellent view from the balcony, superb location in the heart of the city with everything nearby (restaurants, grocery shops, party clubs)

I travelled with the family and apartment was so spacious for five people. Great location closer to all shops and the beach and you get free parking as well. Kids loved the big screen TV. Would book again.

Apartment was exceptionally comfortable, either brand new or maintained so well it felt brand new. Modern aesthetic. high floor, truly spectacular views from balcony at 75% of interior (not second bedroom). Was a moderate-maintainance guest, but staff (at agency) were responsive and generous. Extra beds, blankets provided on request. Furniture, including beds were in perfect condition and comfortable. Travelled with one other.
Important considerations: 1. You are booking via an external rental agency, not the hotel itself, so hotel staff, while friendly,cannot assist you. Even hotel facilities like one of the swimming pools bag drop etc not accessible. The agency is very responsive, but make sure you call / message THE AGENCY immediately about any issues as they are located off-site. 2. ONLY ONE KEY PROVIDED per room. Full stop. Was only a minor inconvenience for me as only travelling with one other, but could be a huge issue if travelling with friends/family/children. Especially if spread out across different rooms / floors (long wait time for elevators). 3. Logistics of key collection (re luggage/taxis) can appear daunting as lock box located off-site (7 ish min walk each way), and at busy intersection (no stopping). Simplest way is just get dropped off at lobby, have friends/family sit comfortably with luggage and assign one person to walk out to lockbox. If you're travelling solo, you may have to drag your bags around. 4. NO SUBSIDIZED PARKING. And all parking in immediate vicinity (casino) extremely expensive. Convention centre parking more reasonable but a 10 ish min walk from hotel (albeit comfortable walkway). There are certain free parking hours (which if you coordinate right) should give you free overnight parking at shopping centre nearby - but you'll have to move your car during the day and it's a 15-20 min walk each way. So basically, if you must drive factor in significant additional cost and/or inconvenience - strongly suggest Ubers istead. 5. inundated with very strict terms & conditions, building rules and paperwork after making reservation, including having to send in ID in advance for additional bond authorisation (above and beyond stated price), significant (potential) additional charges for damage, late checkout, lost keys, missing amenities (and strict time frames for reporting them) etc.
